What is Pars load control?
As its name suggests, it controls the ampere current of any type of electric motor, and in the face of overcurrents for any reason, it cuts off the command and prevents electric motors, electric pumps, etc. from burning.
Working principles of Pars load control
Parsload supercontroller relay with three internal current transformers measures the current of each channel like pliers ammeters and compares it with the regulated current, and if the current of each line is added, it takes the consumer out of the regulated value of the circuit.
To cover the start time in electric motors that cause a large overcurrent for a short time, an adjustable time interval of ٪ 1 to 30 seconds from the moment of overcurrent to the outage command is considered, so if the overcurrent time is less than When the time is selected, the load control does not show any reaction. Turning on the red light indicates the start of overcurrent and turning off the green light is a sign that the control circuit is disconnected. In this case, the red light stays on until the device resets again.
How to install Pars load super control

Return the load control to its original or normal state
After issuing the contactor disconnect command, the device can be returned to normal or normal in two ways:

Set the device
We connect the power to the switch. The load control has 2 LEDs, one green means normal and the other red means error or overcurrent.
There are 5 keys on the device, the first 2 keys are to adjust the amp or current of the electric motor, one of them is to increase the amp and the other is to decrease the amp, and the next 2 keys are to set the time in the cut-off command, which is 0.01 if needed. The seconds can be set to 30 seconds, and the next key, which is red, is called the reset key.
After increasing the motor current for any reason, it cuts off the steering circuit and prevents the electric motor from burning. With this key, it is possible to restart the motor. Increase the load control amp to the final level and start the switch to turn on the motor, and the load control can be adjusted while the display is blinking.
It can be set to any amp or whenever it stops. After starting the motor completely with the reduction key, we lower the amp to reach the nominal current of the consumer and at this moment the red LED turns on and the consumer current is controlled by two ampere adjustment keys, based on the display on the control. The load is adjusted and in order for the motor to operate, it must increase the nominal current of the amp by ten percent in order to continue its work, and again, if the amp exceeds the regulating current, it stops the command.
